Maria is an Architect that has graduated in Italy. After completing her Masters in Architecture, Maria gained 4 years of experience at an engineering company in Calabria, Southern Italy. Whilst there she was involved in various projects within the residential, educational and commercial sectors covering all aspects from planning to construction.

Eager to expand her experience overseas, Maria decided to move to the United Kingdom where she started her new working and personal adventure.

After her registration to ARB Part 3, she worked at a practice where her role was preparing full design packages for planning submission.

Since joining Ophir Architecture in September 2020, Maria has been eager to expand her knowledge of technical design for large scale residential projects. At Ophir, she also has been involved in the production of planning application drawings for small and medium scale residential projects.

Her passion for architecture has been strong throughout her life and she truly believes that architecture has shaped her personality and in turn, her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching documentaries and exploring new places whether it be buildings, ‘the outdoors’ or different cultures.
