Chris has been involved in the building industry ever since leaving school, gaining experience with Local Authorities, PQS, Architects and Building/Specialist Contractors’ offices. Having held employment as a commercial manager, contracts manager, project manager, site manager, and QS during his career within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Chris formed his own construction company, then followed by employment within a well-established Architectural and QS practice in Birmingham, became a self-employed QS / Project Manager / Principal Designer to various developers/contractors and architectural practices. He recently became a consultant to Ophir Architects as Principal Designer, assisting with CDM regs and more.
