Ophir was commissioned by Barratt Homes to deliver parts of a masterplan located in Lighthorne. This consortium site required us to work directly with the Barratt Homes but also work  on a co-ordination basis with Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes, three of the largest and most experienced housebuilders in the UK. The current masterplan is assembled by parcels, which are subdivided and allocated for each client.  Planning has been granted for Phase 2A at Kingston Grange, which sees 636 new residential dwellings. The Reserved Matters planning application was completed with Ophir working in a Collaborative Design Coordination role, working closely alongside Stratford District Council/ Engineers/ Landscape Architects/ Highway Consultants, all of which have contributed to the success of this application.
