The Churchfields site is situated to the northern edge of Kidderminster town centre, there are no statutory designations within the site boundary however there are a number of locally listed buildings within the site including: an industrial building known as the ‘1902 building.

The site layout has been designed to respond to the existing building on site, along with respecting the surrounding context.  The block structure is formed around the existing road network whilst internally creating an elegant perimeter development block structure which overlooks the public realm.
