The former Bluebird Toffee Factory in Hunnington, Worcestershire was originally designed as a model village by Harry Vincent in 1898. Ophir were tasked with transforming the site for an exciting new luxury residential scheme. The existing listed Administration and Welfare buildings will be retained and re-purposed into 22 luxury apartments that will retain many of the original features.

The rest of the site has made way for 84 new luxury residential dwellings taking inspiration from many of the original design principles set by Harry Vincent. Special attention has been paid to the detailing of each dwelling to ensure a harmonious approach that integrates with the site and surroundings as well as respecting the setting of the two listed buildings.

The landscaping has been designed to reflect the history of the site with a large green public open  space being retained to the front of the development emphasising the importance of the heritage assets.
